Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with DigiScaler Host. If you are not satisfied with a new hosting plan, you can ask for a full refund of the hosting charges within 7 days of the date of purchase, whichever billing period you chose.

2. What Is Not Refundable

• Domain name registrations, renewals and transfers (these fees are paid to registries and cannot be recovered).
• Renewal payments for hosting plans.
• Third-party products such as paid SSL certificates, software licences or add-ons that have already been issued or activated.
• Services suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example spam, malware or illegal content).
• Requests made after the 7-day period.

3. Free Domain Offers

If you received a free domain with an annual plan and then ask for a refund, the domain is not refundable. The standard registration price of the domain will be deducted from the refund amount, or you may choose to keep the plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Include your name, order details and the reason for cancellation (the reason helps us improve).
• We will confirm your request and cancel the service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow about 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reach your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. GST charged on the refunded amount is refunded together with it.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues much faster directly. Accounts with a chargeback on a valid payment may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that order.
